02 Definitions

For this agreement, an “account” is the personal Winlah profile used to access gaming and payment services. A “deposit” is money credited through an approved payment method. A “wager” includes any stake placed on a casino game, live table, sporting event or other available market. A “bonus” means promotional credit subject to separate eligibility and wagering requirements.

“KYC” means identity and customer verification checks. “Withdrawal” means an approved transfer from the player balance to a payment method registered in the same player’s name. “Malaysian payment method” may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank or Hong Leong, subject to current availability within Winlah.

03 Account Eligibility

You may register with Winlah only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and are not prohibited from gambling by any law, court order, self-exclusion arrangement or professional restriction applicable to you. You must access Winlah for personal entertainment rather than on behalf of another person or business.

Only one Winlah account is permitted per person unless written approval is provided by the platform. Duplicate, shared, transferred or falsely registered accounts may be restricted or closed. Employees, contractors and persons involved in supplying or auditing a particular game may not wager on that game where doing so could create a conflict of interest.

04 Registration and Account Security

Information supplied to Winlah must be complete, accurate and current. This may include your legal name, date of birth, residential address, Malaysian mobile number, email address and payment details. You must update Winlah promptly when material information changes. Nicknames or incomplete names must not be used where they prevent reliable identity verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and security credentials. Do not share access with relatives, friends or other persons. Activity completed after a successful login may be treated as authorised unless Winlah receives timely notice of suspected compromise. If you notice an unfamiliar login or wager, contact in-platform support immediately and change your password.

05 Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits must be made with funds lawfully owned by the registered player. Winlah does not permit third-party payments, cash advances obtained through deception or transactions intended to conceal the source of funds. The name attached to an e-wallet, DuitNow profile, FPX instruction or Malaysian bank account should match the verified Winlah account name.

Minimum and maximum deposit values, transaction limits and processing availability are displayed within the platform and may differ by method. All MYR amounts are credited at the amount accepted by Winlah after any clearly disclosed conversion or processing adjustment. Banks and payment providers may impose their own limits or delays. A successful deposit does not guarantee eligibility for a particular bonus.

06 Wagers, Games and Results

A wager becomes valid when it is accepted and recorded by Winlah. Players must review the selection, stake, odds and potential return before confirmation. For live football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and other sports markets, odds may change rapidly. A bet is accepted only at the price shown in the final Winlah confirmation.

Casino outcomes are determined by the applicable game system, certified random number generator or live-dealer result. Sports settlements use official results and the market rules available when the bet is placed. Winlah may void a market where an event is cancelled, incorrectly offered, affected by a clear pricing error or compromised by integrity concerns. The platform’s transaction and game records are evidence of activity unless a clear technical or settlement error is established.

08 Withdrawals, KYC and Financial Reviews

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification, payment ownership checks, wagering requirements, transaction limits and security review. Winlah may request a valid MyKad or passport, a current selfie, proof of address, payment ownership evidence or information concerning the source of funds. Documents must be genuine, readable and unaltered.

Where reasonably possible, Winlah returns funds through the same method used for deposit. E-wallet and DuitNow requests may be processed faster than standard bank transfers, but all stated processing times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occur because of incomplete KYC, payment-provider downtime, bank maintenance, public holidays, unusual activity or enhanced compliance review.

A player must verify the recipient details before submitting a withdrawal. Winlah is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect account numbers, inactive e-wallets or recipient details supplied by the player. We may pause a withdrawal while investigating fraud, account sharing, bonus abuse, chargebacks or legal obligations.

09 Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Winlah for unlawful, deceptive or commercially exploitative activity. Prohibited conduct includes:

• creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts;
• using another person’s identity, device credentials or payment method without authority;
• colluding with other players or manipulating game outcomes;
• using bots, scripts, automated betting tools or unauthorised data extraction systems;
• exploiting incorrect odds, delayed feeds, software defects or payment errors;
• initiating dishonest chargebacks or reversing legitimate deposits;
• using Winlah to launder money or transfer value between unrelated parties; or
• threatening staff, disrupting services or attempting unauthorised access.

Winlah may investigate suspected misconduct and preserve relevant records. Confirmed violations may result in voided wagers, removed bonuses, withheld funds linked to the breach, account closure or reporting where required by applicable law.

10 Responsible Gambling

Winlah provides gaming for entertainment and does not present gambling as a way to earn regular income. Players should set a realistic entertainment budget, avoid chasing losses and never use money required for rent, food, education, debt payments or family commitments. Winlah may offer deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, session reminders and self-exclusion controls.

A self-exclusion request may restrict access for the selected period. You must not attempt to bypass an exclusion by opening another account or using another person’s details. Winlah may also apply restrictions where account behaviour indicates potential harm. Further information is available on the Responsible Gambling page.

11 Service Availability, Errors and Maintenance

Winlah aims to provide reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, internet failures, mobile network conditions, payment-provider outages, cyber incidents, live-feed interruptions or events beyond reasonable control. Players should maintain a stable connection when confirming wagers.

If Winlah identifies an obvious technical, display, pricing or settlement error, the platform may correct the affected transaction to the position that would reasonably have applied without the error. Players must not knowingly retain or withdraw funds credited by mistake. Winlah will review disputed records fairly and communicate any material adjustment through the account or available support channel.

12 Privacy and Intellectual Property

Winlah processes personal information for account administration, KYC, security, payments, customer support, responsible gambling and legal compliance. Details concerning data collection, retention and player rights are set out in the Winlah Privacy Policy.

The Winlah name, logo, interface, written content, graphics, game presentation and software elements are owned by or licensed to Winlah. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted while your account remains in good standing. You may not reproduce, sell, modify, scrape, reverse engineer or distribute protected material without prior written permission.

13 Liability and Player Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Winlah is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from player decisions, ordinary internet interruption, third-party payment delays, unsupported devices or use contrary to these terms. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You remain responsible for evaluating each wager, safeguarding your account and complying with laws applicable in your location. Winlah is not regulated by the Malaysian government and does not claim that online gambling is lawful for every Malaysian user. Access from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam or any other location does not alter that individual responsibility.

14 Suspension, Closure and Remaining Balances

You may request account closure through Winlah support, subject to completion of any required identity checks and settlement of pending transactions. Winlah may suspend or close an account where it reasonably suspects fraud, underage access, self-exclusion avoidance, prohibited conduct, inaccurate registration, legal risk or a material breach of this agreement.

Where an account is closed without misconduct, a verified withdrawable balance will normally remain payable through an approved method. Funds connected to fraud, payment reversal, bonus abuse or unlawful activity may be withheld while the matter is reviewed. Closure does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before the closing date.
